youpeng international is seeking visiting professors for short-term positions at universities in Jilin Province and Xi'an Province, China.

The position involves one week of training for Chinese university teachers.

Start Date: September, October, and November 2026

Requirements:

• Currently employed
• Holds a doctoral degree
• Has the title of professor or associate professor at an overseas university

Subjects in Jilin University:

• Civil engineering management

Subjects in Xi'an University:

• Nursing
• Pharmacy
• Medical laboratory technology
• Medical image technology
• Rehabilitation therapy
• Public management
• Automation
• Mechanical design
• Manufacturing and automation

Responsibilities: Provide one week of training for our Chinese teachers.

The purpose of the training is, first, to promote the reform of the undergraduate teaching model with curriculum construction as the starting point. Specifically, by establishing international curriculum standards and reforming the outlines, teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, and evaluation methods of existing courses, we can develop experience in teaching model reform with distinct international characteristics. These experiences will then be extended to other courses and majors, ultimately improving the overall teaching quality of the school.

Second, with teacher training as the starting point, cultivate the international perspective and teaching concepts of local teachers, enhance teachers' abilities in teaching design, the application of teaching methods, and formative teaching evaluation, and further improve classroom teaching standards.
