Shanghai Bowai Education is currently recruiting foreign and bilingual teachers for ASAP and October, November, and December 2026 on behalf of hundreds of bilingual and international schools in Shanghai, Wuxi, Kunshan, Changzhou, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Beijing, Nanchang, Dalian, and many other cities in China.

We mainly look for native English speakers, but experienced non-native English-speaking teachers with good English may also be accepted.

We have openings for kindergarten homeroom, primary school homeroom, Art, A-level Biology, AP Economics, DP Business, and Head of Math positions in Shanghai, Wuxi, Changzhou, Ningbo, Nanchang, and Kunshan.

Salary varies depending on your academic background and teaching or management experience.

Kindergarten Positions

• Shanghai, December 2026: Homeroom kindergarten teachers needed in Xuhui District, Shanghai (25-35k RMB/month).
• ASAP: Weekday morning kindergarten teacher needed in Jiading District, Shanghai (up to 11k RMB/month after tax). The living cost near this kindergarten is quite low. You could get a single apartment for 2k RMB/month.
• Kindergarten positions are also available in Shanghai, Wuxi, Nanchang, Nantong, Changsha, Ningbo, and Kunshan. Non-native English speakers are accepted.
• August 2026: Kindergarten homeroom teacher needed in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province (up to 20,000 RMB/month net, housing).
• August 2026: K12 school kindergarten English teacher needed in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province (up to 22,000 RMB/month or more; up to 25k RMB/month with housing).
• Kindergarten homeroom teacher needed in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province (up to 30k, housing).
• December 2026: Male kindergarten homeroom teacher needed in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province.
• Kindergarten teacher needed in Changsha (up to 24k RMB/month).

Primary and Secondary School Positions

• October to December 2026: Primary school homeroom teachers needed at an International K12 school in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, China.
• September 2026: Middle and high school ESL teacher needed in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province (RMB 25k/month before tax).
• ASAP: Primary school English teacher and A-level Biology teacher needed in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Overseas online teaching is accepted for good candidates.
• ASAP: A-level psychology teacher needed at an International K12 British school in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. No office hours.
• ASAP: AP Economics teacher needed in Haidian District, Beijing, China (up to 40k RMB/month, housing, 3 months' paid holiday, no office hours).
• ASAP: IBDP Business Management teacher needed in Pudong, Shanghai.
• ASAP: Middle school Art teacher needed in Qingpu District, Shanghai at a top-level International K12 school.

Management Position

• Soon: Head of Maths needed at an International K12 British school in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, China.
