About Us

We are a publicly listed education and training enterprise based in Beijing. We are seeking a talented Curriculum Developer with a North American background to join our Beijing-Changping team for in-house curriculum research and development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve high-quality teaching curricula, syllabi, lesson plans, and supporting teaching materials aligned with learning objectives.
• Use North American educational philosophy and teaching experience to optimize course structure, learning activities, and assessment systems.
• Work with teaching, product, and operations teams, and provide professional suggestions on curriculum implementation and classroom delivery.
• Conduct curriculum reviews, collect feedback from real teaching practice, and continuously revise and improve course resources.
• Participate in academic discussions and training for internal instructors.

Requirements

• The candidate must be from North America (US / Canada).
• Solid hands-on teaching experience is required, with a K-12 or further education teaching background.
• Age below 45 years old.
• Preferred: currently residing in China, or holding complete documents ready for China Z-Work Visa application.
• Familiarity with North American education standards and strong instructional design awareness.
• Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
