Private School ESL and Subject Teachers

SIE (Succeed In Education) is hiring Kindergarten, Primary, Middle School ESL Teachers, and High School Subject Teachers in China.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons that facilitate active learning experiences with clearly established objectives, using the provided textbook and learning materials.
• Participate in extracurricular events, social activities, and teacher departmental meetings as required by the center.
• Be familiar with and able to use relevant technology to support instruction and present lessons.

Student Ages: 3-6 / 7-13 / 13-15 / 16-18

Start Date: September to December 2026, or February 2027

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Major in English, Education, or a related subject
• Relevant teaching experience
• 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification
• Clean health and criminal background to obtain a Chinese work visa

Experience Requirements: 1-3 years depending on qualifications (2 years preferred).

Salary: 18K-25K RMB per month before tax for ESL positions (social insurance included); 23K-29K RMB per month before tax for subject teaching positions. ESL teachers (Kindergarten to Middle School) earn $2,600-$3,500 per month before tax, and High School subject teachers earn $3,500-$4,000 per month before tax. Living costs are around $1,000-$1,500 per month in Tier 1 cities.
