About this position

About Us: We are not a training center. We are a library-centered school that helps children aged 6 to 15 fall in love with reading, writing, and critical thinking. Using stories as our core, we build thinkers, not just test-takers.

The Role:

  • Autonomy: Design your own short courses for holiday terms.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead small groups using picture books and chapter books.
  • Teach literary analysis through meaning, never dry drills.
  • Coach reading habits.
  • Collaborate with a global team.
  • Enjoy work-from-home planning hours after your first semester.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of post-graduate work experience. Non-teaching experience is required for visa purposes.
  • Native or advanced English.
  • Teaching experience preferred.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Shanghai.

Compensation: ¥22,500/month + performance bonus.
