We're looking for a passionate Online ESL Teacher for IT Professionals to join our international team.
What You'll Do

- Design and implement structured lesson plans tailored to learners' goals and proficiency levels.
- Track student progress and report outcomes using our CRM system.
- Participate in regular teacher training workshops to sharpen your skills and stay current with best practices.
Bonus Opportunities (paid separately)
- Represent Unifyhub at events and special projects as a brand ambassador.
- Create content (articles, social media posts, videos) to grow our presence in professional communities.
- Contribute to promotional campaigns across various platforms.
What We're Looking For
Must-have:
- Higher education degree in linguistics, education, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL) to adults.
- An internationally recognized teaching certificate (TEFL, CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with diverse, international learners.
- Strong self-management: you can work independently, stay organized, and adapt to different teaching contexts.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience creating content for social media or online platforms.
- Interest in emerging trends in EdTech and digital education tools.
- Creative mindset for developing fresh, engaging lesson formats.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay — progressive salary scale + extra compensation for special projects, content creation, and brand promotion activities.
- Flexible schedule — 16 to 36 hours per week. We prefer full-time collaboration and typically start new teachers with 2–3 groups, then add more based on your preference and availability.
- Ready-made curriculum — CELTA-based lesson plans, curricula, and teaching materials for all English levels, so you can focus on teaching.
- Professional development — training on our digital toolkit (Zoom, Google Classroom, Google Forms, Teachable, SurveyMonkey) + opportunities to develop ESL materials.
- Great team — a supportive, international team from 5 countries.
- Motivated students — we mostly work with IT companies, so your learners are smart, driven professionals who genuinely want to improve. They're a pleasure to work with.
