Responsibilities
- Professional classroom management
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons to a range of classes and age groups — in person and online
- Provide diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments
- Issue and check homework, providing appropriate and timely feedback
- Maintain records for attendance, progress, and development
- Participate in curriculum development, including production of audio and visual resources
- Organize and participate in social and cultural activities such as games, sports competitions, school parties, dinners, excursions, and social events
- Attend and contribute to training sessions
- Participate in marketing events
- Prepare documentation for inspection visits and other quality assurance exercises as needed
- Use a variety of delivery methods to stimulate learning appropriate to varying student needs and syllabus demands
- Undertake other duties commensurate with the post as reasonably required by the Principal
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Arts, Education, or a related subject
- A TEFL / CELTA certificate
- Passport holders from the UK, Ireland, US, Canada, New Zealand, or Australia
