International Academy of Business and Technology in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking enthusiastic and committed ESL teachers for our Summer School camps in July and August 2026. This is an excellent short-term opportunity for teachers seeking international experience, with the possibility of longer-term or recurring teaching roles for suitable candidates.

• Start Date: 29 June 2026
• Contract Duration: 4–10 weeks
• Students: Young Learners, Teens & Pre-IELTS students

Responsibilities

For ESL Teachers:

• Deliver engaging, communicative ESL lessons (speaking, listening, reading & writing)
• Support students during cultural immersion outings and educational visits
• Build confidence through interactive, student-centred activities
• Participate in placement testing, progress feedback, and end-of-programme reporting
• Work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams

For Intern Teachers:

• Assist lead teachers during classes and activities
• Support small-group work, speaking practice, and classroom management
• Gain hands-on experience in lesson delivery and student engagement
• Participate in supervised cultural immersion activities

Requirements

For ESL Teachers

• Native or near-native English speaker
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
• TEFL / TESOL / CELTA or equivalent
• Experience teaching young learners or teens preferred
• Professional, reliable, and culturally adaptable

For Intern Teachers

• Recent graduates or current students in Education, English, Linguistics, or related fields
• Seeking practical, real-world teaching experience
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
• Interest in ESL teaching and international education
