About this position
The Role
We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and creative native English-speaking teachers to join our team in Sathorn, Bangkok. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for educators already based in Thailand. As an English teacher at Dadi Trilingual Kindergarden, you will play a vital role in shaping young learners' early experiences. You will plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support both academic and emotional growth, while working closely with parents and colleagues to support each child's holistic development.
Responsibilities
- Teach Jolly Phonics, Arts, Math, Science, and Health to assigned classes
- Prepare lesson plans and assessments in accordance with the curriculum
- Evaluate student progress and issue end-of-term reports
- Collaborate with a Teacher's Assistant to manage the classroom and students
- Organise school events and activities
- Perform administrative duties such as weekly gate duty and student supervision
Qualifications
- Energetic, patient, and genuinely passionate about working with young children
- Deep understanding of play-based learning and the ability to create inspiring, developmentally appropriate experiences
- Effective communicator with children and colleagues
- Experience in early childhood education with strong creative lesson-planning skills
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- TEFL qualification preferred but not essential
- Native English speaker from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa
- Currently based in Bangkok or Thailand preferred
Salary & Benefits
- Up to ฿50,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Occasional Saturday work paid as overtime
- No more than 20 contact hours per week (Monday-Friday)
- 12-month contract
