Head Teacher AUA Language Center

AUA Language Center is seeking a dedicated Full-time Head Teacher for our Rajdamri and Rangsit branches in Bangkok. We offer a competitive salary starting at ฿55,000 per month, and there are currently two vacancies for this role.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new corporate training teachers.
• Provide orientation and mentorship to ensure teachers are ready.
• Assign and manage teacher schedules.
• Ensure classes run smoothly and meet client expectations.
• Oversee teaching materials and related documentation.
• Conduct class observations and provide performance feedback.
• Promote teacher development and address student concerns.
• Substitute and teach classes when needed.
• Handle administration and quality assurance tasks.
• Track teaching hours for payroll.
• Analyze student satisfaction and lead improvement actions.
• Support other academic tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• TEFL/TESOL certification required (CELTA is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in English teaching or teacher management.
• Background in teacher mentoring or academic coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Available to work at both branches, depending on the position location.
