We are hiring a Native English-Speaking Pre-Kindergarten Teacher at Earl Montessori in Pattaya, Thailand.

Earl Montessori is seeking a passionate, caring, and dedicated Native English-Speaking Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Pattaya. The ideal candidate will create a warm, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children, encouraging their natural curiosity, independence, creativity, and love of learning through Montessori principles and age-appropriate activities.

Salary: THB 35,000–45,000 per month (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)

Location: Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand

Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor’s degree holder (a degree in Education or Early Childhood Education is preferred)
• Previous teaching experience with young children is an advantage
• Passionate, patient, caring, and responsible
• Able to create a positive and engaging classroom environment
• Female candidates only

Special consideration will be given to candidates with any of the following qualifications:

• Montessori certification
• Phonics certification
• TEFL / TESOL / TEYL certification
• In-house First Aid and CPR training
• In-house Montessori training
• In-house Phonics training
