About this position
Anglo Singapore International School in Bangkok is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Kindergarten to oversee the teaching and learning within the Kindergarten section. This role involves providing academic and pastoral leadership to ensure the highest standards of education and student wellbeing during these crucial early years.
The Head of Kindergarten will collaborate closely with the Kindergarten & Primary School Principal and the Senior Leadership Team to maintain curriculum coherence, instructional quality, and consistency in professional practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead teaching and learning
- Support curriculum development
- Mentor Kindergarten teachers
- Oversee assessments and student progress
- Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment
- Build strong relationships with parents
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Recognized teaching qualification
- Native-level fluency in English
- A minimum of three years of teaching experience in Early Years or Kindergarten
- Leadership experience in a similar setting
- Familiarity with Singapore's early years curriculum and experience in an international school environment are advantageous
The start date for this position is at the end of July or the beginning of August.
