About this position
Essential Educational Staffing is recruiting a Primary Science Teacher for a supportive all-girls school in central Bangkok, within walking distance of the BTS and MRT stations. This full-time position starts ASAP.
The lesson plans and materials have already been completed and are ready to use.
Benefits
- Take-home salary of 47,000 THB to 50,000 THB (pending experience)
- Overtime pay of around 5,000 THB to 10,000 THB per month
- Full-time contract
- 7 to 8 weeks of paid holiday
- Visa and work permit provided
The school follows the Inside Out text curriculum and textbooks, providing a structured learning approach. The topics include:
- Living and Non-Living Things
- Animals and Their Habitats
- Human Body and Healthy Living
- Weather and Seasons
- Materials and Their Properties
- Light and Shadows
- Earth, Sun and Moon
The school is well-equipped with excellent resources, and classes run from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications
- Accredited bachelor degree
- Completed TEFL or CELTA training
- Currently residing in Bangkok
- Able to attend an in-person interview
Native English speakers from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, South Africa, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand are preferred. Non-native English speakers from European countries with an IELTS score of 6 or above, or a TOEIC score of 850 or above, are encouraged to apply.
