Full Time English Teacher Rangsit

Come teach at a fun and professional language center just north of Bangkok in Rangsit. We are looking for a fun and energetic teacher to join our team and help with our kid classes.

AEP is a small, fun, and professional language tutorial school located in the Rangsit Klong 3 area. We offer full training for incoming staff, small class sizes, an already prepared curriculum, and a great work environment with western management.

We are looking for someone energetic, fun, and ready to make a difference in our students' lives to come and teach with us. The teaching load for this position consists of a mix of different classes, including kindergarten, primary-aged students, high school students, and adults.

Working with us, you will find the location close enough to travel to Bangkok whenever you want, but far enough from the city center to offer reduced rents for houses and apartments. You’ll be working with a small, dedicated team where you will find that your input matters. When your day is done, your day is done - you won’t have any homework or grading that you need to take home with you and finish on your time off.

Full-time Position Details

• Pay: 60,000+ baht per month
• 50,000 baht annual bonus after completing a one-year contract
• Eligible for quarterly bonuses based on company performance
• 10 days off per year after passing a 3-month probation, plus Thai holidays
• Visa and work permit provided and paid for by the company
• Workweek: 5 working days per week, including weekends
• Contact hours: Up to 5 on weekdays and 7 on weekends

Responsibilities

• Hold fun and engaging classes for students using the materials and curriculum provided
• Provide feedback to students, parents, and staff on students' progress when required
• Create a happy, relaxed, and safe environment for students to encourage participation

Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor’s degree
• CELTA or equivalent
