About this position
KMIDS Elementary in Bangkok, Thailand is seeking a passionate and dedicated International Teaching Assistant to join our growing team. This position will support either our Early Elementary classrooms (K3–Grade 1) or work alongside our specialist teachers in Visual Arts and Technology & Robotics.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Homeroom or Specialist Teachers in delivering engaging, student-centered lessons
- Assist in planning and preparing cross-curricular, project-based learning experiences
- Work closely with students to support their academic, social, and emotional development
- Help facilitate hands-on learning in Arts, Technology, and classroom projects
- Contribute to a positive classroom environment that reflects respect for diverse cultures
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field
- REQUIRED: Prior experience working in an elementary school. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
- Strong English proficiency (C1 level or equivalent)
- Experience with or understanding of inquiry-based and thematic instruction
- Experience with or understanding of cross-curricular learning design
- Experience with or understanding of outcomes-based assessment practices
- Experience with or understanding of supporting social and emotional development (SEL)
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in Thailand is highly valued
- Experience in an international school setting is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to embrace and support cultural diversity within a school community
- Up-to-date with current educational technology trends
- Energetic, adaptable, and a strong collaborative team member
