We are currently recruiting qualified native English speakers to join us as Winter Camp English Teachers.

Job Description:

As a teacher at Erican, you will help students (children and adults) improve their English skills while introducing cultural elements of the English language. You will deliver engaging, well-organised lessons tailored to the needs of each learner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality English lessons with enthusiasm and flexibility.
• Design and execute lesson plans that follow Erican’s curriculum.
• Offer constructive feedback by marking homework and assignments.
• Prepare and grade exam papers to monitor student progress.
• Participate in course development initiatives and provide suggestions for curriculum improvements.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere to support students’ learning.

Job Details:

• Location: Kuala Lumpur, KLCC area
• Student body: Young Learners (age 6–12), Teens to Adults
• Programmes: Children English / Intensive English / IELTS Preparation
• Duration: Winter Camp (January - February 2026)

Remuneration package:

• Competitive monthly salary
