We are continuing to grow. As part of our planning for the 2027 school year, Colegio Euroamericano SAC is looking for professionals who would like to join our Primary team and become part of our educational community in Lima, Peru.

Upper Primary Teacher – Grades 4–6

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Licenciatura in Primary Education or a related field with a recognized teaching qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Primary Education, preferably in Grades 4–6 and in a bilingual or international school.
• English proficiency: C1 preferred (B2+ minimum), with demonstrated ability to teach academic content effectively in English.
• Knowledge and experience with the IB PYP or a similar inquiry-based and concept-driven programme.
• Previous PYP experience is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in lesson planning, formative assessment, differentiation, and inquiry-based learning.
• Experience teaching students with diverse learning needs and implementing inclusive teaching strategies.
• Ability to develop students’ academic literacy, critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning skills.
• Strong classroom management, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and digital tools for teaching and learning.
• Google Certified Educator Level 1 is desirable.
• Reflective, responsible, and growth-oriented professional, open to feedback, instructional coaching, and continuous professional development.
