About this position
Guangdong Pei Zheng College in Huadu District, Guangzhou, is seeking several ESL/Oral English teachers for a contract from 1st Aug. 2026 to 31st Jul. 2027.
Since its inception, Guangdong Pei Zheng College has taken a practical approach to foreign language education. All freshman and sophomore students are required to take Oral English courses as part of their core curriculum. The college has more than 30 foreign teachers from diverse cultural backgrounds and countries.

Salary, Benefits, and Perks
- Competitive salary: Pre-tax yearly salary for newly hired teachers starts from 164,584 RMB to 202,232 RMB according to academic qualifications and background. The university also offers annual salary increase opportunities based on continuous employment (up to 3 years).

Requirements
- Native English speaker. We are looking for foreign talents, preferably from the U.K., U.S.A., Ireland, Australia, Canada, or New Zealand.
- M.A. or Ph.D. degree in English, TESOL, Education, Management, Accounting, Economics, Law, Data Science, Computer Science, or Humanities is preferred.
- One to two years of teaching experience in a school or university classroom is preferred.
- Teaching certificate such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA is required.
- Understanding and an open mind to the challenges of living and working in China.
- A passion for teaching and cultural exchange.
- Skills in communication, facilitation, team collaboration, presentation, and classroom management. Basic computer skills for office work.
- Under the age of 49.
