High School ESL Teacher in Shenzhen

RDF International School is seeking a dedicated High School ESL Teacher to join our team in Shenzhen, China, near Hong Kong. The position is set to begin on October 1, 2026, and involves teaching students in grades 7 through 12.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from RMB 22,000 to RMB 35,000 per month before tax, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Teaching certification
• Experience with an American curriculum

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, three years of teaching experience, relevant endorsements or certificates, and prior experience in an international school setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that follow the adopted curriculum and instructional guidelines
• Use a variety of teaching methods, such as lectures, demonstrations, discussions, and laboratory activities
• Select appropriate educational materials
• Tailor instruction to meet individual student needs
• Provide both group and individual instruction
• Maintain a conducive learning environment
• Assess student growth
• Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
