Teaching Opportunities in Taoyuan, Taiwan

We are looking for full-time English as a Foreign Language teachers for our private language schools in Taoyuan, Taiwan. We are actively recruiting for positions with immediate start, as well as positions beginning in summer 2026. Candidates already located in Taiwan are especially encouraged to apply, but applications from outside of Taiwan will also be accepted.

Prior teaching experience is not necessary, but applicants must hold a passport from an English-speaking country, a bachelor's degree or higher, and a clean criminal record check to qualify. Highly adaptable candidates who are passionate about working with young children and helping them succeed are encouraged to apply.

You will teach comprehensive English lessons to students of various skill levels between the ages of three and 12. Lessons are prepared using a provided curriculum. You will also work closely with teaching colleagues and staff to grade homework and tests, communicate progress to parents, and arrange special and culturally immersive activities for students.

Compensation includes competitive teaching pay, additional monthly compensation for completing administrative work, annual raises and bonuses, flexible vacation time, sick days, and health insurance. Comprehensive training is also provided before you begin teaching and throughout your first year, with additional learning and advancement opportunities available beyond your first year.
