Position Details
- Start Date: Immediate upon completion of the recruitment process
- Teaching Hours: Guaranteed approximately 30 hours per week
- Students:
- Adult professionals (18+)
- Students are based throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America
- Remuneration: Set base rate of $6 USD per hour
- Location: Work from the convenience of your home
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver English lessons and guidance to students
- Create an engaging classroom atmosphere for one-on-one or group instruction using world-class teaching methods
- Lead discussions, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Bachelor's degree or higher (any field)
- Accredited 120-hour or above TEFL, TESOL, CELTA
- Minimum 6 months teaching or tutoring experience
- Computer literate
- Clear criminal record
- Engaging and inspiring communication skills
- Punctual and accurate timekeeping
- Available to fit into allocated teaching shift slots
- Aligned with TRGTC values and a culture fit
Technical Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- PC specifications
- Processor: Intel® Core™ i5 CPU @ 2.0 GHz (8 CPUs) or greater
- Memory: 8 GB RAM or greater
- Backup power
- Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life up to 4–5 hours (2000VA), or willingness to purchase before commencing teaching. This is required for candidates in countries with regular power interruptions.
- Stable fibre internet connection
- Minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speeds
- PC must be connected via a LAN cable (not Wi-Fi)
- Noise-cancelling headset and HD web camera (backup headset recommended)
- Tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment
