Secondary English Teacher KS3 A Level

The British Vietnamese International School, part of Nord Anglia Education, located in Hanoi, Vietnam, is seeking a qualified Secondary English Teacher. This full-time position will commence on August 1, 2026. The successful candidate will teach English Literature to KS3, IGCSE, and A Level students following the British curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and well-planned English Literature lessons for KS3, IGCSE, and A Level students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Support and promote student development through extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with the English department and contribute to the school community.

Requirements

• Qualified Secondary English Teacher with experience in teaching KS3, IGCSE, and/or A Level English Literature.
• Strong knowledge of and passion for literature.
• Previous experience in international school settings is preferred.
• Dedication to student-centered teaching methods.
• Preference is given to native English speakers from the USA, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.

Contract Information

Visa Requirements

To work in Vietnam, candidates need a bachelor's degree and may require TEFL/TESOL certification.
