About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English Teacher with a high level of English proficiency to deliver high-quality English language training to our Vietnamese staff. This role will help employees communicate confidently with international colleagues and clients, supporting Atlas’s commitment to professional growth and global standards. The position also supports the Learning & Development (L&D) function through training delivery, evaluation, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

English Language Training & Programme Development

  • Assess employees’ English proficiency and identify training needs based on business goals and competency frameworks.
  • Design, develop, and deliver effective group and individual training programmes, including general, business, and technical English.
  • Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report on training outcomes and progress using assessments, feedback, and data analysis to ensure continuous improvement and measurable impact.
  • Revise training curricula and materials to reflect evolving business needs and best practices.
  • Explore, implement, and evaluate appropriate English proficiency tests.
  • Stay updated on language teaching trends and incorporate innovative methodologies.
  • Assist with reviewing and improving the Atlas competency dictionary, competency framework, and training roadmap/upskilling plan for each staff level.
  • Support additional L&D initiatives as required.

Marketing, Administrative & Organisational Support

  • Organise and maintain training schedules, attendance, and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries on training activities and outcomes.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions and other L&D events.
  • Collect and analyse participant feedback to improve future programmes.
  • Translate, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Provide language consultation and support for internal communications.
  • Support the preparation, updating, and organisation of marketing materials and documents, ensuring alignment with company branding guidelines.
  • Assist in collecting and updating project and staff information for marketing content, case studies, and digital platforms as required.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for the company's activities, events, campaigns, and other initiatives as directed by the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, TESOL, or a related field.
  • English teaching certificate (CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching English to adults, ideally in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with Vietnamese learners or the AEC industry is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging lessons at various proficiency levels.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, online teaching platforms, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire learners; energetic, adaptable, and culturally sensitive.
  • Demonstrated experience in assessing training effectiveness and reporting measurable learning outcomes.
  • Ability to use data, feedback, and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement in training delivery and impact.
  • Exceptional command of English, at a level as strong as a native English speaker.
  • International teaching experience and the ability to work in a multicultural environment are highly valued.
