About the Role

We are hiring NES/NNES teachers to teach Kindergarten, Young Learners, Teens, and Adults/Business English. At Coaching English, we believe learning should be fun, practical, and focused on communication. You will join a creative team designing games, activities, and real-world speaking experiences that help students gain confidence in English. You will primarily teach at Coaching English's main center, with flexibility to teach or assist at other partner schools and locations when needed.

• Main Base: Coaching English Center
• Other Possible Locations: Bangkok / Nonthaburi area

Contract

• 12 months (renewable)

Salary

• NES: Starting from 45,000 THB/month
• NNES (European): Starting from 38,000 THB/month

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM (weekdays and weekends; example schedules: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
• 5 working days / 8 working hours per day / 25 teaching hours per week
• Schedule provided in advance
• 2 consecutive weekdays off
• Includes occasional travel and scheduling at partner schools or locations

Requirements

• Nationality: US, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, or European nationality only
• Age: 25–40 years
• Bachelor's degree in any field; Education or English-related preferred
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification
• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience; online and onsite preferred
• Strong English communication and clear pronunciation
• Energetic, fun, and student-focused
• Creative, adaptable, and a team player
• Committed to helping students improve confidence and real-life communication

Preferred

• Experience in public speaking, activity-based learning, or coaching
• Comfortable teaching different age groups and classroom settings
• Willing to teach on weekends and travel to different teaching locations
