Primary and Middle Homeroom Teacher

Thai International School (TIS) in Pathum Thani is hiring Homeroom Teachers for our Primary and Middle School programs. Employment begins in July 2026. We seek educators who excel in teaching practices, especially those experienced in Student-Centered Learning and familiar with the American Common Core Standards. Candidates should be willing to embrace Phenomenon-Based Learning and participate in school life, including the After School Activities Program.

Responsibilities

• Teach and manage a homeroom for Primary or Middle School students
• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with American Common Core Standards
• Implement Student-Centered and Phenomenon-Based Learning approaches
• Participate in the After School Activities Program
• Collaborate with school leadership, parents, and the TIS community
• Provide professional, positive, and caring support for students

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education
• At least two years of experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with American Common Core Standards and curriculum
• Experience with Student-Centered Learning; willingness to use Phenomenon-Based Learning
• Native English proficiency
• Temporary or full teaching license
• Clean criminal background check
