Direct hire for YBM PINE Division. Desirable Yongsan / Itaewon / HBC location. 100% corporate-owned schools with contracts fully guaranteed by YBM Education Corporation. April/May start. Competitive salary with fewer teaching hours and strong work/life balance.
Position details
- Working hours: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday–Friday
- Teaching load: 19–22 actual teaching hours per week
- No franchise schools; all schools are owned and operated by YBM
- Complies with Korean Labor Standards Regulations

PSA Special Subject Positions (Create/Discovery)
- Compensation: At least 2.70 million KRW per month and up plus housing for applicants who meet PSA special subject qualifications
- Alternatively, choose the non-housing stipend option and receive an additional 600,000 KRW on top of the monthly salary listed above (total 3.3 million KRW per month and up)
- Yongsan PSA: Central, international area close to Itaewon and the HBC neighborhood. Teachers will deliver Create/Discovery special subject lessons to YBM PSA homeroom classes in a dedicated special classroom. Each homeroom visits the special subject classroom twice a week to learn kindergarten-based lessons.
Locations
YBM PINE Division schools are located mostly in Seoul districts such as Seocho, Daechi, Jamsil, Yongsan, Apgujeong, as well as Bundang and Busan.
Qualifications
- Native English speakers only: citizens of USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
- Must hold E2, D10, or an appropriate F-series visa status, or have documents for E2 visa sponsorship
- F-series visa applicants must have documents for registration with the Korean Education Office
- Applicants not in Korea or without an E2/D10/F-series visa should have the following documents prepared: background check with apostille, degree with apostille, and passport page
