Physical Education Teacher

Location: Koh Samui, Surat Thani, Thailand

Windfield International School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physical Education (PE) Teacher to join our international team. The successful candidate will inspire students to lead active, healthy lifestyles while developing teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence through engaging physical education lessons.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
• Promote physical fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy lifestyles in a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Teach a variety of sports, games, and physical activities suitable for different age groups and abilities.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Organize and support school sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
• Ensure the safe use and maintenance of sports equipment and facilities.
• Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Education, or a related field.
• Recognized teaching qualification or teaching license.
• Previous experience teaching Physical Education, preferably in an international or British curriculum.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for promoting health, fitness, and student well-being.
