Your Role

• Deliver engaging Oral English or academic courses to undergraduate students using school-provided materials.
• Inspire students with interactive teaching methods and creative learning activities.

What We Offer

• Teaching hours: Oral English: 18 hours/week; Academic class: 12 hours/week.
• Weekends off; paid holidays.
• Classroom size: Oral English: 25–35; Academic: around 60. Student age: 18–22.
• Free furnished apartment in the foreign teacher building on campus with on-site laundry, western-style café, dining hall, and game room.
• Full arrival support: airport pickup, SIM card and Wi‑Fi setup, bank account assistance, and guidance to local shops and restaurants.
• Flight allowance: round-trip flight tickets included; return flight provided upon contract completion.
• Insurance coverage: comprehensive medical and accident insurance.
• Visa support: full assistance throughout the process, including application guidance and fee reimbursement for document authentication and visa fees.
• Cultural experiences: traditional festival events, two free culture trips per semester, and free Chinese language classes.
• Monthly stipend:
  • $1,079 per month for candidates with a BA degree
  • $1,179 per month for candidates with an MA degree
  • $1,726 per month for candidates with a Ph.D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (relevant fields preferred but not required).
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (minimum 120 hours).
• Previous teaching experience is a plus but not required.
• Passion for education and openness to new cultures.
