Online Part Time English Teacher

GLOW Lingual Co., Ltd is seeking qualified native English-speaking (NES) teachers for part-time online English classes. Our innovative school, designed by a team of educators, emphasizes holistic English development through engaging and active learning for students aged 3-18.

Position Details

• Title: Remote Part-time Online English Teacher
• Location: Online / Work from Home
• Start Date: Immediate
• Contract Type: Independent Contractor
• Contract Duration: 6 months

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging, student-centered English lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize various teaching tools, props, and techniques to enhance learning.
• Offer constructive feedback to support student progress.
• Monitor and assess student development, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative teaching materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of ESL teaching experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with online teaching platforms

Teaching Environment Requirements

• Stable high-speed internet connection
• Computer or laptop with camera
• Headset with microphone
• Bright lighting
• Quiet, distraction-free environment
• Clean and professional background
• Preparation of teaching props, such as flash cards and dolls

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: 450 THB to 580 THB per hour, based on experience and qualifications
