Online ESL Tutor (Kids 5–12)

Overview

Nao Now is hiring enthusiastic and dynamic mentors to teach English online to students in South Korea, ages 5–12. You will lead interactive, 25-minute, 1-on-1 lessons designed to make learning English fun and exciting. Our fully-built curriculum allows you to bring your creativity and energy to each session, making learning memorable for every student. This is an independent contractor position.

Compensation

• $9–$20 USD per hour
• Paid per completed 25-minute lesson
• Compensation based on performance and experience
• Note: Training and onboarding are unpaid

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or proof of enrollment in a BA program
• Strong on-camera presence with enthusiastic energy
• Comfortable working with children ages 5–12
• Headset with noise-canceling is a plus
• Reliable internet connection (at least 100 Mbps) with an ethernet cable and a quiet teaching environment
• Ability to teach at least 10 hours per week
• Minimum three-month commitment
