About Us

AEP Institute is a small, fun, and professional language tutorial school located in the Rangsit Klong 3 area, just north of Bangkok in Rangsit. We offer full training for incoming staff, small class sizes, an already prepared curriculum, and a great work environment with western management.

We are looking for a fun, energetic teacher to join our team to help with our kid classes. You'll work with a small, dedicated team where your input matters. When your day is done, you will not have homework or grading to take home.

Responsibilities

• Teach a mix of classes: kindergarten, primary-aged students, high school, and adults
• Hold fun and engaging classes using provided materials and curriculum
• Provide feedback to students, parents, and staff on student progress when required
• Create a happy, relaxed, and safe environment to encourage participation

Position Details

• Pay: 60,000+ baht/month
• 50,000 baht annual bonus after completing a one-year contract
• Eligible for quarterly bonuses based on company performance
• 10 days off per year after passing a 3-month probation period, plus Thai holidays
• Visa and work permit provided and paid for by the company
• Workweek: 5 working days per week (includes weekends)
• Contact hours: Up to 5 on weekdays and up to 7 on weekends

Qualifications

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor's Degree
• CELTA or equivalent certification
