About this position
Centurion International School Bangkok (CISB) is seeking native English-speaking teachers to join our team for the upcoming academic year. Our school is committed to empowering students through an exploratory Cambridge education and is currently progressing with the WASC accreditation process while integrating a Project-Based Learning (PBL) framework.
Open Positions
- NES Primary English, Social Studies & ESL/ELL Homeroom Teacher - Teach Year 3 to Year 5 English, Year 3 Social Studies, and Year 4 ESL/ELL support. The teaching load is 23 hours per week.
- NES Early Years Foundation 1 (F1) Lead Teacher - Manage an early childhood classroom and foster foundational literacy and social development. Female candidates are preferred for this position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Cambridge International Curriculum and PBL units.
- Use the school's online gradebook for assessments.
- Submit student work samples and lesson templates for WASC accreditation.
- Implement positive behavior management and restorative practices.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and produce newsletters.
Requirements
- Native English speakers with passports from the UK, US, CA, AU, NZ, IE, or SA.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a relevant field is preferred.
- Interest or experience in Project-Based Learning (PBL).
- Collaborative mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
Benefits
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7:15 am to 4:00 pm (most days end by 3:30 pm).
- 12-month contract from August to July.
