Omega Prep is seeking a highly analytical, engaging, and dedicated Economics Teacher to join our team. This is not just a standard tutoring role; we are looking for an educational mentor who can demystify complex economic theories and bring quantitative and behavioral principles to life for our students. You will have the opportunity to build foundational economic literacy, develop strong problem-solving skills, and mentor students as they prepare for rigorous academic exams, specifically Cambridge A-Level, AP Economics (Micro and Macro), and IB Diploma Economics, as well as future careers in business, finance, and public policy.

Core Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate

• Must be a native English speaker; USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand preferred.
• Possesses a distinguished background in Economics, Finance, Public Policy, or a closely related academic discipline.
• Is deeply familiar with at least one advanced high school economics curriculum: Cambridge International A-Level, AP Microeconomics/Macroeconomics, or IB Diploma Economics (HL/SL).
• Demonstrates solid, proven experience teaching these specific subjects, or can provide exceptional official test scores for them.
• Demonstrates an elite analytical capability, equipped to deliver sharp, immediate, and constructive critiques on complex written arguments, data responses, and graphical models without hesitation.
• Exhibits a commanding, engaging presence that naturally draws highly intelligent students into debate.
• Understands the exact caliber of intellectual maturity expected by the world's most selective university economics and business programs.
• Is already based full-time in Bangkok, Thailand.
• Has excellent English writing and communication skills.
