Qualifications
  • Native English speaker
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Korea
  • Currently residing in Korea
  • Values creativity, critical thinking, and building strong connections with students
Teaching Schedule
  • Mon & Fri: 2:30–9:50 PM
  • Tue & Thu: 2:30–8:10 PM
  • Wed: 2:30–7:20 PM
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: 2.8–3.6 million KRW/month (negotiable based on experience)
  • Housing provided if needed (optional)
  • Severance pay after 1-year contract
  • 50/50 split on pension, health insurance, and occupational safety/health insurance
  • Yearly paid vacation days, increasing with tenure
  • Flexible scheduling not limited to fixed seasonal breaks
