Montessori English Teacher Nong Khai

Little Tree Huggers Montessori School in Nong Khai, Northeast Thailand (near the Laos border), is seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join our team. We offer teaching positions for both Casa Class (ages 3–6) and Toddler Class (ages 2–3).

About Us

Established as a home school, our institution provides an authentic Montessori classroom environment while maintaining a warm and friendly atmosphere among the school, neighbors, and parents. We currently have around 80 children, and our teachers and staff collaborate like family and friends to create a supportive and happy environment for our students.

Responsibilities

• Work as an English teacher alongside two co-teachers, with a maximum of 32 students.
• Prepare and maintain the Montessori classroom environment.
• Create and prepare classroom materials.
• Observe students and prepare individualized lesson plans.
• Write student progress reports twice a year (once per semester).
• Support maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom and school environment.
• Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional work on Saturdays (approximately once per month) for school activities or meetings.
• Commit to a minimum two-year contract.
