Middle School English Teacher Bangkok

Lertlah School Nawamin in Bangkok is seeking a Middle School English Teacher for grades 7 to 9, starting on August 24, 2026. We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced teachers who are native English speakers and eager to join our team.

The role offers a minimum salary of ฿40,000 per month, with potential increases based on education and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with colleagues to plan engaging and age-appropriate lessons.
• Design lessons and assessments in line with curriculum outcomes.
• Set and work toward educational goals with students.
• Use various resources and activities to instruct students.
• Conduct both formal and informal performance assessments in a timely manner.
• Maintain an organized and creative classroom environment that fosters respect and learning, using appropriate management techniques.
• Develop instructional materials beyond standard textbooks.
• Actively participate in school events and community activities.
• Adhere to and promote school-wide and administrative policies.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in education, teaching, or a related field is preferred; however, a bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience working with young children is essential.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Patience and compassion toward young children's needs and emotions.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Effective time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general teaching technology.
