English and Mathematics Teachers in Bangkok

The Newton Sixth Form is currently seeking dedicated educators to join our team in Bangkok. We are a well-established institution offering Pearson Edexcel IGCSE, International A-Level, and BTEC programs for students from Year 2 to Year 13. Our centrally located campus is just a short walk from Siam BTS.

Available Positions:

• English Teacher - Teach IGCSE, IELTS, and/or SAT English - Instruct students in Years 10 to 13
• Mathematics Teacher (Primary) - Teach Years 2 to 7
• Mathematics Teacher (Secondary) - Teach Pre-IGCSE, IGCSE, and/or International A-Level Mathematics - Work with students in Years 8 to 13

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Teaching qualification such as TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent is preferred but not required
• Minimum of one year of classroom teaching experience in the subject and relevant age group
• Familiarity with Pearson IGCSE and International A-Level programs is beneficial
• Preference for native English speakers residing in Thailand or Thai nationals with native-level English proficiency

Benefits:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
• Starting salary from 50,000 THB per month, based on qualifications and experience
• Salary review after a 119-day probation period

• Annual bonus equivalent to one month's salary
• Visa and work-permit costs covered by the school
• Return flight to the home country after completing a one-year contract
