Responsibilities

• Teaching Mandarin to students across different grade levels.
• Creating fun and engaging lesson plans.
• Supporting student progress and providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, with an excellent command of standard Putonghua.
• At least 2 years of proven experience teaching Mandarin as a second language, preferably in an international or bilingual setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Chinese Language & Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written, is required for lesson planning, professional communication, and regular interaction with parents and colleagues.
• Teaching certification or qualification such as a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or a Certificate for Mandarin Teaching to Speakers of Other Languages (e.g., CTCSOL).
• Strong knowledge of modern pedagogical approaches and curriculum design.
