Kindergarten & Primary English Teacher

Sitapatr School, a private school in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Thailand, is seeking enthusiastic full-time teachers from native English-speaking countries to join our Kindergarten and Primary teams. Start date: May 1, 2026.

About Us

We focus on creating interactive, lively classes and value hands-on education. Our school currently employs 18 foreign teachers. Nakhon Si Thammarat has a vibrant expatriate community and is within easy reach of Koh Samui and Koh Phangan by car and ferry, with the mountains and beaches around Krabi also nearby.

Position

We are looking for energetic Kindergarten and Primary teachers who enjoy planning fun activities, singing songs, and playing games with students. Kindergarten curriculum emphasizes Phonics, along with conversation and small group activities. In Primary classes, English is taught through subjects such as Reading, Math, Science, Creative Writing, and Health using a subject-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, interactive lessons for Kindergarten or Primary students
• Teach Phonics, conversational English, and small group activities (Kindergarten)
• Teach subject-based English lessons in Reading, Math, Science, Creative Writing, and Health (Primary)
• Collaborate with the foreign teaching team to support student learning

Qualifications

• Candidates from native English-speaking countries preferred
• Enthusiasm for teaching and the ability to connect with students and colleagues
• Familiarity with Phonics is advantageous

Benefits

• Completion bonus of 20,000 THB for contracts completed by March 2027
• If you extend your contract for another year, the April holiday will be complimentary
• Salaries negotiable based on qualifications and experience, starting at 35,000 THB per month
