Kindergarten Montessori Teacher

Tree House International School in Nonthaburi, Thailand is seeking a dedicated and experienced Montessori teacher to join its Kindergarten team. We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to nurturing young learners in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters independence, curiosity, and personal growth
• Plan and deliver Montessori-based lessons appropriate for kindergarten-aged children
• Assess and monitor student development and adapt instruction to meet individual needs
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and consistent learning environment

Qualifications

• AMI Montessori Diploma (mandatory)
• Previous experience in early childhood education
• Strong understanding of Montessori teaching principles
• Strong English communication skills; applications welcome from both native English speakers (NES) and non-native English speakers (NNES)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
