Whole School Counsellor and Safeguarding Lead

Oak Meadow International School Phuket is urgently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for a multifaceted role.

Responsibilities

• Whole School Counsellor: Provide individual and group counselling to support emotional, social, and academic wellbeing. Promote mental health, resilience, and personal development, and assist students through challenges and transitions while working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
• Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL): Lead and manage safeguarding policies and procedures, act as the primary contact for child protection concerns, and provide guidance, training, and support to staff. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for students.
• Student Club Support: Plan and supervise student clubs and enrichment activities, encouraging leadership, creativity, and teamwork. Help students develop interests beyond the classroom and foster a vibrant and inclusive school community.
