Salary: RMB 25,000–35,000 pre-tax

Key Job Duties

• Design age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans for 3-4-year-old children
• Deliver high-quality English classes in line with the kindergarten’s teaching standards
• Track and compile detailed student academic progress reports regularly
• Maintain effective and proactive communication with parents about children’s learning and development
• Participate in peer classroom observations and teaching exchange activities
• Attend school appraisal evaluations and professional development training programs

Essential Requirements

• Patient, positive, and enthusiastic about early childhood English education
• Excellent communication and interactive skills, with an outgoing, approachable personality
• Native English speaker (nationality: USA/UK/Australia/Canada/New Zealand)
• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on early childhood education (ECE) teaching experience
• Aged 20–45 years old
