About this position

JSKRAMAR S.R.O. is seeking a passionate, CELTA-qualified native English teacher to join our team as a Junior Learning Analyst. The role is connected to KEDTECH NETHERLANDS (based in Rotterdam) and will be based at our subsidiary in Zlate Moravce, Slovakia beginning September 2026. Our onsite team in Zlate Moravce includes a seasoned US colleague who will also start in September 2026. The remainder of our development and analyst teams work remotely; candidates should be comfortable working within a very small, closely knit team.

Our goal is to transform traditional language learning by using proprietary software to implement in-person personalized ESL learning, combining AI with face-to-face lessons. This position is ideal for a highly motivated native teacher with significant experience who will help refine content through rating mechanisms and assist in training our AI models.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective English language instruction, including English conversation
  • Prepare learners for Cambridge English Exams
  • Beta test our proprietary LMS system 'Realspeak'
  • Beta test our suite of microservices that deliver personalized language learning content in a classroom setting
  • Rate Realspeak-generated classroom activities to help train our AI models
  • Complete simple debugging processes and programming tasks in Python
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of teaching experience
  • A bachelor's degree (applied linguistics is a plus)
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Licensed or experienced as an IELTS or Cambridge examiner is a strong plus
  • Strong curiosity and a passion to learn about large language models and core IT concepts
  • Willingness to learn programming in Python (PCAP certification training is part of the employment and included in the workday)
  • Passport from one of the following countries: Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States of America (due to EU visa regulations, candidates from other countries will not be considered). Having an EU member state passport is a strong plus.

  • Lesson workload (testing the software): 16–18 lessons per week (45 minutes)
  • Total working week: 27 hours (includes testing the learning management system, working with LLMs and contemporary image generation technologies, and working on certificates and upskilling — lesson workload included)
  • Upskilling and studies: minimum 13 hours per week (time set and managed by the analyst themselves) to work towards ICT certifications (PCEP, PCAP, PCPP1 and eventually PCPP2)
  • Compensation: 1014 EUR/month (netto)
  • Accommodation: provided free of charge (assistance in providing accommodation). Market rent value: 0 EUR/month - 350 EUR/month; fully furnished, utilities included
