International School Teaching and Support Roles

RC International School in Bangkok is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team for various teaching and support roles, beginning in August 2026.

Positions Available

• Early Years Teacher
  • Responsibilities: Teach and support children from Pre-Nursery to Kindergarten, and create engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
  • Requirements: A background in Early Childhood Education is preferred. Native English speakers are preferred.
• Computer / ICT Teacher
  • Responsibilities: Teach basic computer skills and technology to young learners, and help students develop creativity and digital confidence.
  • Requirements: Strong computer and technology skills are required. Non-native English speakers are welcome.
• Teacher Assistant / School Nurse
  • Responsibilities: Support classroom teachers with daily activities, assist with student care and classroom organization, and ensure students' safety and well-being.
  • Requirements: A friendly, energetic, and patient personality is preferred. Non-native English speakers are welcome.
• Young Student Counselor
  • Responsibilities: Support students' emotional well-being and social development, and work closely with teachers and parents.
  • Requirements: Experience working with children is preferred. A background in counseling, psychology, or education is a plus.
• Primary Homeroom Teachers
  • Responsibilities: Teach primary students following the UK Curriculum, and create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
  • Requirements: International school experience is preferred. Strong classroom management skills are required.

General Requirements for All Positions

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in education-related fields.
• Teaching qualification preferred for teaching roles.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for working with children.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred for lead teaching positions.
