Part time Kindergarten Coach

Beyond Books Co., Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and qualified freelance and part-time Coaches and Assistant Coaches for Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) in international and bilingual schools across Thailand. The programs focus on life-skill-based learning and aim to develop creativity, communication, critical thinking, confidence, leadership, and entrepreneurship in young learners.

Location: Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket

Job Title: Part-time Kindergarten / Primary / Secondary Coach

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging courses using the provided curriculum, lesson plans, and resources.
• Prepare required materials and review lesson plans before each class.
• Arrive at school at least 15 minutes before class, or 30 minutes before the first class of a new course.
• Maintain student attendance records and complete progress reports.
• Support students in achieving learning outcomes and ensure their safety and engagement.
• Escort students to the dismissal area after class.
• Communicate professionally with the Beyond Books management team.
• Participate in required training and professional development sessions.

• Secondary: Presentation Skills, Creative Writing, Entrepreneurship, Brand Builders, Graphic Design, AI & Me, Photography

Schedule & Commitment

• Classes are in person, lasting 40-60 minutes, mostly after school from 2:30 PM onwards.
• Courses run for approximately 8-12 weeks, or one school term.
• Teaching schedules are consistent within each term, and availability may be adjusted between terms.

Compensation

• Coach: Starting at 1,000 THB per class.
• Assistant Coach: Starting at 500 THB per hour.
• Salary increments are based on performance and service length.
• Travel allowance is provided for schools beyond public transport access, with additional support for non-central locations.

Qualifications

• Coach: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, teaching experience, and fluent English.
• Assistant Coach: University students or recent graduates with experience and interest in education and child development, fluent English.
• Police clearance and a valid visa for Thailand are required.
