Position Overview

The Kindergarten Teacher will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports early childhood development and fosters curiosity, collaboration, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, inquiry-based lessons.
• Foster a classroom culture based on respect, empathy, and collaboration.
• Support students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with families and leadership.
• Engage actively in professional development and school-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Valid teaching certification.
• Minimum 2 years of early childhood teaching experience.
• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• Experience in international schools and/or IB programs is preferred.
