About this position
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated English teachers to join our team, working with young learners ages 3–16 in kindergartens and training centers across Changchun, Jilin Province, China. Requirements
- Fluent English with clear, natural communication skills.
- Recognized EFL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or DELTA).
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with a major in English or Education.
- Clean criminal record.
- A strong recommendation letter from a previous employer.
- Teaching experience is preferred; 2 years of employment reference is required. Full training is provided for the right candidates.
- Outgoing, energetic, patient, professional, and sociable.
- You must genuinely enjoy working with young learners and be ready for a meaningful challenge.
- Open to all nationalities. Fluent English speakers from around the world are welcome. Fluency and qualifications are our top priorities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 7,000–9,000 RMB per month.

Teaching Schedule
- Kindergarten setting: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
- Lead English classes and serve as a head teacher.
- Responsible for students’ daily life and learning activities.
- Training center setting: 1–2 weekdays off.
- Weekday schedule: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
- Weekend or holiday schedule: 8:30/9:00 AM – 6:00/7:00 PM.
- Teach English to various age groups using a consistent, high-energy curriculum.
- Teaching load: 20 teaching hours per week, with paid overtime available.
