About this position
Chiang Rai International School (CRIS) is looking for a qualified Grade 4 homeroom teacher to join our safe, nurturing, and professional work environment.
Our ideal candidate will support our belief in developing the attributes, skills, and knowledge of each student so they can reach their full potential in the global community. He or she will teach four core subjects:
- Math
- ELA
- Science
- Social Studies
Qualifications
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- Qualified teacher status
- Two years of successful teaching experience desired
- Model differentiated instruction
- Experience working with children who have English as a Second Language
- International school experience is desirable
- Knowledge of current practices in understanding by design, assessment, and instructional technology
- Good communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new situations
