Position: General English Speaking Tutor (International Students) — Remote
Hours: 1-4 hours per week (potential to be more), between 5 PM and 10 PM TRT (Turkey Time).

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced General English Speaking Tutors to join our team and teach international students in small group settings. Each tutor will lead 45-minute lessons, totaling 1-4 hours a week, focusing on improving students' speaking skills and overall English communication. Topics and vocabulary will be provided on the Scholege platform. Training for the platform will be provided before October.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach general English speaking skills to groups of international students.
- Conduct interactive, engaging, and student-centered lessons according to the provided topic and vocabulary.
- Tailor lessons to meet the needs of students with varying proficiency levels.
- Maintain a supportive and motivating online learning environment.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker.
- Proven experience teaching English to non-native speakers.
- Ability to teach students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Availability to teach between 5 PM and 9 PM TRT (Turkey Time).
- Comfortable with remote teaching platforms and online tools.
- Passion for education and student success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent.
- Experience teaching English in a group setting.
- Familiarity with various teaching methodologies and approaches to language learning.
Compensation:
- $18 - $23 USD per hour (based on experience).
- $18 - $25 USD per hour, based on experience.
Start Date: 2025-2026 Academic School Year (October)
