About this position
Language Link is seeking dedicated full-time ESL teachers to join our team in Hanoi, Vietnam, starting mid-August 2026 for the 2026-2027 academic year. Teaching is during weekday daytime hours with guaranteed monthly hours.
Compensation and Benefits- Earn up to 650,000 VND per hour (gross), with additional travel allowances for distant campuses.
- Full sponsorship for visa and work permit, including health check and criminal record coverage.
- Relocation package, including visa-run airfare reimbursement, overseas airfare allowance, accommodation support, and airport pick-up.
- Most classes have fewer than 26 students, with allowance for larger classes.
- Private medical insurance.

- Ongoing training with clear career progression.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent certification.
- Experience teaching ESL.
